1969 Mercury Cyclone Spoiler Cale Yarborough Special Restoration; Phase 7 – More Fun

There are still body panels to hang but it looks good.

New paint was applied everywhere.

The fenders, doors, hood and trunk lid were painted off the car for better coverage on all parts.

The panels are starting to go back on. Note the engine ready to go in.

Wet sanding the new paint is under way. This is a scary time for me; all that new paint and clear and then scuff it up and sand it off. I know it will look better but wow this eats at ya!
