Modifications

  1. Remove roof racks, rails, wiper motor and rear tracks, smooth, remold and build-up entire roof
  2. Handmade/ fabricated front bumper cover – removed over 3″ to push back and get early Chevy look
  3. Shave and smooth outside door hardware on front doors, remove mirrors and smooth out holes
  4. Shave and smooth outside door hardware on rear doors
  5. Engine Compartment – detailed, remodeled, powder coated, diamond plated
  6. Front of engine – smoothed and epoxied Chevy Orange
  7. Interior – Centered dash and upholstery
  8. Finned cowl – under the wipers – remolded and smoothed
  9. Spies & Heckler Paint with House of Color flames
  10. Custom built grille and add E-ONE Logo (fire truck manufacturer company)
  11. Strobe all 4 corners and LED’s along frame
  12. 20″ One Off wheels
  13. Custom made taillights
  14. Re-routed/remade exhaust system, moved to center of vehicle with a Flowmaster exhaust
  15. Rolled rear pan
  16. Hand made all diamond plate to cover relocated wires and lines
  17. Diamond plate secondary fire wall
  18. Fabricated master cylinder box
  19. Steering shaft covered with actual 2 ½” fire hose
  20. Fabricate air dryer to look like fire extinguisher
  21. Functional FDNY fire helmet with K&N air cleaner
  22. Fire Pull Boxes fabricated as speaker covers
  23. Converted from mechanical fan to electric fan
  24. Relocate grille from hood and fabricate headlight grille enclosure
  25. 4″ cowl induction – hood remolded and smoothed when grille was relocated
  26. Re-fabricated – sculpted and relocated instrument panel to center of dash
  27. Converted from column to floor shifter – re-worked steering column
  28. Billet carved and engraved shifter knob
  29. Steering wheel custom made to match car/interior colors
  30. Defroster outlet built to resemble Chevy bow tie logo
  31. Handmade diamond plate floor mats
  32. Relocate door switches to center console
  33. Solid one piece construction console built from dash to rear deck
  34. Converted to 4 bucket seats
  35. Carbon fiber and leather stitched upholstery, including sun visors
  36. Headliner stitched to match seats and exterior flames
  37. Under dash neon strobes
  38. Powder coat seat belt “B” and “C” pillar brackets
  39. Hardwood floor trap door in rear with E-One logo handle – fully operational
  40. Fabricated diamond plate rear compartments with diamond plate inserts
