Modifications
- Remove roof racks, rails, wiper motor and rear tracks, smooth, remold and build-up entire roof
- Handmade/ fabricated front bumper cover – removed over 3″ to push back and get early Chevy look
- Shave and smooth outside door hardware on front doors, remove mirrors and smooth out holes
- Shave and smooth outside door hardware on rear doors
- Engine Compartment – detailed, remodeled, powder coated, diamond plated
- Front of engine – smoothed and epoxied Chevy Orange
- Interior – Centered dash and upholstery
- Finned cowl – under the wipers – remolded and smoothed
- Spies & Heckler Paint with House of Color flames
- Custom built grille and add E-ONE Logo (fire truck manufacturer company)
- Strobe all 4 corners and LED’s along frame
- 20″ One Off wheels
- Custom made taillights
- Re-routed/remade exhaust system, moved to center of vehicle with a Flowmaster exhaust
- Rolled rear pan
- Hand made all diamond plate to cover relocated wires and lines
- Diamond plate secondary fire wall
- Fabricated master cylinder box
- Steering shaft covered with actual 2 ½” fire hose
- Fabricate air dryer to look like fire extinguisher
