Corvette Homecoming 2008 Bowling Green

This is a great even as are any events involving Corvettes. But imagine driving your Corvette back to where it was born and meeting up with all of its brothers and sisters! This was a cool event. Not only are there Corvettes every where but there is the Corvette Museum to see and the Corvette Assembly Plant to tour.

Unfortunately, on this trip our time was limited and we didn’t get to take in all of the Homecoming activities but we do have some photos to share of the things we did see.

You will also get to see an in-depth coverage of the Corvette Museum, including video, at a latter date. For now look over these examples of a great event.

This, in my minds eye, is one of the most beautiful Corvette body and color combination ever made.

1963 Convertible, I owned a Split Window and prefer that body but open tops are terrific.

Now this looks tuff.

This is one of the most tasteful and beautiful engine compartments I think I have ever seen.
