KARS for Kids Photos from Alan Jackson’s Car Show
Yes, that Alan Jackson!. This was the seventh running of the Nashville, TN Alan Jackson Kars for Kids Car Show. The weather started out like a great spring day and degenerated into a cold wet spring day. The turn out of cars was less than expected but the ones that showed up were real dedicated car folks and the selection was very eclectic. Alan Jackson was away from town but he had one of his personal cars there. Check out the black Charger.
This is it, Alan Jackson’s Muscle Car.
Check out the difference in the noses of these two rare Fords. The red one is a 1968 Torino GT 428 GT Ram Air; the other is a 1969 Talladega 428 CJ. Note how much longer the nose is on the Talladega, so much better for the NASCAR Super Speedways.
This is just way cool.
These Buicks are very Special; this is when the factories were not afraid to build customs.
When was the last time you saw an original Shelby GT500KR at a show. We need more cars like this; rare, original and oh so neat.
Ever see a real Doc Hudson? This car is just like the one in CARS and the owner use to race one when they were new on the dirt tracks of the Midwest.
