There was the Stingray Corvettes, then there were the Sting Ray Corvettes but will the C7 Corvette be the STINGRAY ! If the Prototype we saw is any example, the next new Corvette body may very well be the wildest Stingray ever.

The subject of the new C7 Corvette and what its final looks will be is a very popular subject with the members at Smokinvette. It will be something that alot of people will wait in anticipation for!
Have owned 6 Corvettes over the past 40 years.(ie ’63 vert, 69 coupe, 78 coupe, 84 coupe, 2000 vert., and 2008 coupe). Love the front-end, side, and new stinray emblem. But, positively HATE the rear-end. Looks like a Toyota MR2 on steriods. If GM doesn’t redesign that back-end, this will be the first time in 40 years that I will NOT purchase the latest Corvette body design.
